American Gothic, Cat Edition

My cat version of Grant Wood’s American Gothic. Hand-painted with layered watercolors, fine dip pen linework, and soft colored pencil shading on handmade cotton rag paper.

• Type: One-of-a-kind original artwork

• Dimensions: Approximately 6 × 8 inches

• Materials: Archival watercolor, dip pen ink, colored pencil, cotton rag paper

Note on color: Digital screens and photo lighting make the colors look slightly brighter online than in person. The physical painting has a soft, classic, and subtle warmth to it.
